Customer agreement documents

A North Route Operations Customer agreement may also include:

  • an order form identifying the Customer, fleet band, price, start date and included services;
  • a data processing addendum where North Route Systems Ltd processes operational personal data on the Customer’s behalf;
  • a service-specific schedule or statement of work; and
  • an individually negotiated commercial agreement.

Where an individually signed agreement expressly conflicts with a public policy, the order of priority stated in the Commercial Terms & Conditions applies.

Contract acceptance and privacy choices

Commercial terms are accepted by an authorised representative on behalf of the Customer where required.

The Privacy Notice is provided for transparency. Cookie and optional tracking choices are managed separately and are not bundled into acceptance of a commercial contract.
