When you submit an enquiry, North Route may collect your name, company, work email, selected product or service, the page you were viewing and the information included in your message.
How we use it
The information is used to respond to the enquiry, arrange demonstrations, prepare service scopes and quotations, and keep a record of business communication.
Lawful basis
Enquiry information is processed to respond to your request and for the legitimate interest of developing and managing business relationships.
Nelly session preference
When you choose to hide Nelly for the current visit, the website stores a simple value in session storage for that browser tab. It is used only to keep Nelly hidden during the current session, does not contain enquiry details and is removed when the session ends. Nelly no longer uses the previous 12-month preference cookie.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is retained only while it remains useful for the purpose it was collected or where it is required for legal and business records.
Your rights
